An excellent start to the new Intramural for Atalanta's girls against Andrea's Tottenham. An early attack saw Emma crossing an inviting ball for Julia and she made no mistake: 1-0. The boys fought back immediately and Andrea scored with a shot on the turn after receiving a ball from Marco.
Both goalkeepers then made good saves: first Lucrezia stopped a fierce effort from Simone and then Danilo blocked a good shot from Julia.
Then, before half time, a strong angled shot from Simone beat Lucrezia nd forced Julia to handle on the line: Luca R scored with the resulting penalty.
The girls came out for the second half newly determined to get something from the game and Camilla's equalier was fully deserved: Julia crossed to Emma who laid it back to Camilla and she danced around Andrea to slot the ball home.

atalanta e stata piu forte del tottenham. ha dimostrato di essere capace di continuare a giocare contro i maschi. sanno coordinarsi sul campo e sanno fare pasaggi con qualche intercettamento dai maschi percio' io dico che le ragazze del atalanta meritano punti e dovrebbero anche essere nominati player of the match. non dare punti ai giocatori e non nominare player of the match abassa l'autostima delle ragazze e anche giudica le loro capacita'
