Another impressive performance today from the Ambrit u13s who maintain their 100% record with a win away to the (former!) league leaders… a position that Ambrit now assume with some authority! The two teams were well-matched for technical ability but Ambrit showed more determination and tactical nous; Ambrit were 3-0 up at half-time. In the second half, the home side dominated possession and put the Ambrit defence under some pressure but Mostafa controlled his defenders and kept a clean sheet. Ambrit scored three more goals in the second half. Noteworthy performances today from Gabriel and from new signing Leone who, despite playing against older opponents, managed to let his ability shine through.
